My friend, Liz Beeson, and I were discussing the annoyance of societal pressures put on us to follow this set "life plan" and how it actually just forces us to hold our lives up against others and cause overwhelming competition and doubt about our choices. At the end of this conversation she states "I want to enjoy this process more" and completely summed up how, I'm sure, a lot of us feel in various stages of our lives.
